The confirmation email did not arrive.

The confirmation email should arrive in your email box within seconds or minutes, depending on your email service. If you didn't find the email in the inbox, please check your spam or junk mail folder. The confirmation email may have been delivered there by the spam filter. If so, select the confirmation email and click the "Not Spam" button.

We strongly recommend you add both of the following email addresses to your contacts. This will allow future messages from Smashion to get through.

  • smashion@smashion.com
  • support@smashion.com

It is important that your spam filter let emails sent from the above Smashion addresses go through. Otherwise, you won't be able to receive transaction notices (if buy or sell), private messages, account updates and other important communications from Smashion.

Get a new confirmation email

You can follow this link to request the confirmation email to be re-sent to you. Before doing that, please make sure emails from smashion.com are not filtered by your spam filter.
