If your browser version is lower than listed above, then the browser is not officially supported on Smashion. We encourage you to upgrade it at your earliest convenience (that means now, really).

If your browser version is higher than that, it's probably because we have not updated this document yet.

If your browser name is not listed at all and appears to be working well, then please forgive our ignorance!

Internet Explorer 8 Compatibility View

Compatibility View is a feature in the new Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 browser. It allows a Web Site to be displayed and viewed in the same way as in Internet Explorer 7.

Internet Explorer 8 is the next-generation version of Web browser from Microsoft. Since its behavior and default settings differ from Internet Explorer 7, it introduces some compatibility issues to the Web pages developed for IE7. While we are working on fixing these issues, you will have an uninterrupted user experience by running the IE8 browser in Compatibility View. All the site features and functions will work as usual. After we work through the compatibiliy issues, our site will display in the IE8 standard mode automatically. This change will be totally transparent to you.
