SELLER'S TIP
Q. I haven't logged into Smashion in awhile but did so today. I get this message when trying to access my account: "Your account has been locked. Please contact customer service." Why is this happening?
A. A possible scenario: A user bought one of your listings awhile ago. They made a payment to your PayPal account but the payment was left unclaimed and the user was able to cancel the payment. The Smashion Support team made multiple attempts to contact you at the email address you provided to us, but never received a response from you so we thought you had abandoned your account. Therefore we locked your account.

It's no problem to re-activate your account. Just let us know!
Q. How do I remove an item that I previously put up for sale?
A. Log into Smashion and go to your listing page (click on 'Profile', then 'Seller Central', then 'All Listings' link.) Click on the item you want to delete. At the top of your listing photo, there will be a yellow highlighted 'edit' box. Click on 'Delete' to remove your listing.

Bows

Bows. We can't get enough of them! We want them on our clothes, shoes and in our hair. This feminine accent works well with a variety of outfits. Get playful and try this trend, if you haven't already!

Smashion Spotlight: Laura Ramos

Check out Smashion Spotlight's Laura Ramos, sister of Alejandra Ramos, who was featured in a previous post. It is obvious to see that great style runs in the veins of this family. Even though Laura and Alejandra share a passion for fashion, their styles could not be any more different. While Alejandra described her style as vibrant with a tomboy twist, Laura describes her personal style as classy/granny. If she refers to her style as granny, then I love granny! The go-to pieces in Laura's closet during the spring time are florals, spring colors, and skirts. One accessory that she cannot live without are… all of them! She says she would feel naked if she weren't rocking all of her accessories. Also, like her sister, Laura's favorite place to shop is the Salvation Army, where she can find unique pieces for less. Laura's style tip for Smashionistas is to “be yourself, don't mind what others think, and wear whatever you want!” We will definitely keep that in mind!
