I bought an item but it doesn't fit me properly. Can I return it? |

Smashion is a marketplace where each seller sets her/his own return policy. You can usually find it in their store description or in each item listing. Many sellers are quite flexible. Just contact them and negotiate with them directly. You may want to ask about an item's return policy before you purchase the item, to ensure happiness all around. |

I haven't logged into Smashion in awhile but did so today. I get this message when trying to access my account: "Your account has been locked. Please contact customer service." Why is this happening? |

A possible scenario: A user bought one of your listings awhile ago. They made a payment to your PayPal account but the payment was left unclaimed and the user was able to cancel the payment. The Smashion Support team made multiple attempts to contact you at the email address you provided to us, but never received a response from you so we thought you had abandoned your account. Therefore we locked your account.
It's no problem to re-activate your account. Just let us know!

Wear It Out: Hanna (Pretty Little Liars)
Hanna is my favorite Pretty Little Liar. She's not afraid to dress fiercely and glamorously in any given situation, after overcoming her past insecurities. Also, her hair in the latter half of season-two is completely flawless. I'm still working on ways to replicate her voluminous waves.
Hanna can switch between wearing form-flattering dresses and some really loose fitting tunics and large-tops. Gold necklaces are often seen, adding a delicate touch to the ensemble. As a popular girl in school, Hanna is expected to dress flawlessly and does not disappoint. Hanna has a lot of heart, and it shows in the color choices of her outfits. Generally, her outfits have rich colors which seem carefully chosen to match her accessories. Hair is always flawless and is usually in some form wavy or curled, although sometimes it may be straight and in a high ponytail. Makeup consists of dark eyeliner and mascara with some dark shading around the eye, contrasting and highlighting her light blue eye color.
