I haven't logged into Smashion in awhile but did so today. I get this message when trying to access my account: "Your account has been locked. Please contact customer service." Why is this happening? |

A possible scenario: A user bought one of your listings awhile ago. They made a payment to your PayPal account but the payment was left unclaimed and the user was able to cancel the payment. The Smashion Support team made multiple attempts to contact you at the email address you provided to us, but never received a response from you so we thought you had abandoned your account. Therefore we locked your account.
It's no problem to re-activate your account. Just let us know!

How do I see my Wish List? |

There are a couple of ways:
1) Go to your profile page and under Accounts & Settings, click on Wish List.
2) On the market landing page (click the Market tab to go there), you will find a link to your Wish List. |
