Still a long time compared to Britney's hours-long marriage but still so short for a wedding that cost millions of dollars!

It's not the platform per se but the height of the boot shaft. That ankle height really cuts off a lot of length from Demi's legs!

Don't get me wrong, I love these type of shoes but I think they only go with certain body types. And for me, Demi Lovato's isn't one of them.

This news article shows the on-going --- and rather alarming --- trend where Middleton sisters Kate and Pippa are being used by pro-bulimia and pro-anorexia sites as inspiration. Just want to say that I was just blown away by these pictures of Emma Watson at the very last premiere of the Harry Potter movies.

She looks so princess-like in her Oscar de la Renta!

She was a bit overdressed compared to the other actors but as she is one of the main stars, she deserves a dress this big.

Wish I could see her shoes though. I even love the white jacket she wore over it when nighttime started falling!

I bet she had tons of fun swishing around in that dress. :) She looks it!

Kate Middleton has had a largely successful Canadian tour fashion-wise. But it seems she forgot to pack another pair of jeans because she wore the same pair of J Brand jeans for 3-days straight!

Even when they got wet in a dragon boat race the day before, Kate still wore 'em to visit a village the day after.

She also might've packed 3 pairs of the same pair of jeans but I like to think that it's just one because it makes her more endearing!

I was shocked at first when I saw Hailee Steinfeld's first picture from her Miu Miu Fall 2011 ad campaign. They made the 14-year-old look so much older!

But the rest of the pictures have leaked and I am so relieved that it's just that one picture and she actually looks her age in the rest.

Love the one where she's eating pizza and going down that shoe-filled staircase. Lots of big things planned for this girl!

Allegedly on a dare from her sisters, Kim Kardashian made an appointment with her doctors to - of all things - x-ray her butt.

It was supposedly to prove once and for all that her butt is 100% real and that there is nothing fake in there.

Hmm, don't saline injections show up as a dark mass in x-rays?

Marilyn, the movie you're talking about is The Last Song. I saw it too and I had to laugh at Miley's attempts to play a surly teenager. It's not her! I don't know when Miley Cyrus hired Simone Harouche as her stylist but I did notice the significant change in her fashion choices. She used to be all country girl slash rocker chick but now she's all boho.

Simone Harouche is also the stylist behind stars like Nicole Richie and Ashley Tisdale by the way. She was successful with other celebs but as for Miley's boho look... I don't know, it feels forced to me. I feel like Miley's real style are the clothes she wore on her 18th birthday.

I read this review of Victoria and David Beckham's outfits for the royal wedding and I thought it was way too harsh. The writer accused VB of wearing hair extensions shaved from a poor Indian woman, called her legs "twiglets" and said that her shoes were hazardous to her unborn child!

It's not really VB's best outfit and yes, the 6-inch heels are too high for a 6-month pregnant woman, but the whole article reads like a desperate publicity stunt.

Actually, I don't want Kim's wedding to be anything like the Royal wedding. I want it to be loud, crass, over-the-top - the media spectacle that she became famous for.

In short, I want Kim to be Kim, or at least the Kim that she became famous for. I hope she won't deny the public this event in her life - after all, everything's been broadcasted, what else is there we haven't seen?

I was listening to the radio while in the car the other day, and I heard a celeb news tidbit that Kim Kardashian wants a wedding to top the recent nuptial of William and Kate.

Kim's sister Khloe is already calling it "royal wedding no. 2." I'm not a fan of this family (even though I think the younger sisters are more beautiful than Kim or Khloe), and I find this stunt of Kim's utterly ridiculous. I don't doubt that her wedding's going to be a spectacle, but it may lean more towards the tacky than the classy. My two cents anyway.

What do you think?

I know Taylor Momsen is at the age to experiment and all, but I feel bad that she has to do it while in the limelight and with the paps documenting every minute of it.

10 or even just 5 years down the road, she'll look back and wish these pictures never existed.

Funny, I just read that Justin Timberlake would pay good money to have pictures of the denim suit he wore with Britney taken off the internet.

It looks good on Khloe! I'm not a fan, but I love how she was able to stand out against her sisters. I guess her management didn't really want to because it made her more attention grabbing than Kim, and we all know who the supposed star is of these girls.

Drew looks fabulous too. I love her sweet face, and her rosy complexion fits well with her red hair. Great to see variety in her looks these days.

It seems like scarlet fever is catching on in Hollywood! Blake Lively is one of the most recent celebs to have gone ginger, and Drew Barrymore (with her ever-changing hair color) shortly before her. It seems like a big thing this year starting with the People's Choice Awards back in January when one of the notoriously-dark-haired Kardashians showed up with red hair and caused such a stir. Though Khloe's "people" made her die it back, she says she really loved it while it lasted. It seems like so many celebs are dying their locks these days.

Sometimes it's hard to reconcile Lady Gaga and her real-life Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta persona!

I just saw Beyonce's new video and I am drooling at all those high fashion clothes. The Alexander McQueen dress and boots she debuted in and the Gareth Pugh metal outfit were just amazing!

I wrote about this on my blog and bah, a lot of commenters didn't like it but I don't care. LOL. It's just such a performance outfit and I love that Beyonce went all out for this video.

Hope people here on Smashion are less negative about this!

It's too much for Louboutin to claim that they're the first to use red soles in women's shoes. But for YSL, a brand considered as an equal to Louboutin, to design something so similar to it provokes questions.

Why couldn't they have just stayed away from the red soles? YSL knows that that's Louboutin's trademark and it's his shoes' biggest selling point. I can't blame Louboutin for suing YSL but ultimately, this all feels like too much over too little. The lines are blurred when it comes to copying in fashion and this falls right in that grey area.

A month ago, Christian Louboutin filed a case against Yves St. Laurent for the latter's use of red soles in his shoes. Louboutin claims to be the first to pioneer the use of red soles in women's shoes. YSL isn't the only one Louboutin has filed a case against. He's also filed a case against Carmen Steffens of Brazil.

Yves St. Laurent is not taking this lying down. They filed their own case back at Louboutin by saying that red soles have been used "since King Louis XIV in the 1600s" and is "commonly used in footwear ornamental design".

I believe Louboutin was given the trademark for the red soles back in 1998, but I'm not sure how encompassing that is. Any thoughts?

Actress , artists, etc.. well, most of them, usually dont have the time to really think about what to wear anymore. But what they do, is they hire stylists who will compile different looks for them to choose from. The artist is usually the one to pick which stylist and look shes going to go for, so I guess yes, we can definitely give credit to Emma Stone for looking so hot in her outfits. :)

I don't think it's a tradition in England for the bridesmaid/maid of honor to wear white. I came across a lot of UK-based sites that basically flogged Pippa for being in white even though she looked beautiful.

Personally I'm not against it. They actually turned out looking perfectly matched and it looked beautiful in the pictures.

Admittedly, the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton was truly a grand show. It's not just the tradition or the ceremony, but also the clothes the guests and the wedding party wore. The uniforms too, added a touch of traditional glamour to it all, making it somewhat surreal and entertaining.

I absolutely loved Kate Middleton's wedding dress, which is beautiful in its simplicity.

I was much entranced by David Beckham's morning suit and top hat, a nod to the British fashion from days old (I read a lot of historical romances hehe). I love how British wedding guests prefer suits, both for the men and women, rather than gowns and evening dresses favored in some countries. I'm fascinated by the hats too.

Criticism aside, I found this wedding a lovely show. :) Best wishes to these two.

Here's the dress Kate Middleton changed into for the wedding reception. It's a gorgeous dress too but couldn't she have gone for something I don't know, more fun?

I feel like it's going to be a while before Kate will reach fashion icon status like Lady Diana (if she ever will). Unless she has a team of fashion experts already at her beck and call which I'm sure has already been formed even before the wedding!

Just want to mention that though Beyonce is wearing a casual outfit in these pictures, those are actually all really expensive pieces. Her tank top is Balmain and it's like $600. Her pants are also Balmain and they're $3,000! Haven't found out who makes her purse but seeing that it's python, I'm betting that it's real and that it costs a small fortune too.

Beyonce was spotted leaving her Parisian hotel after a much-needed break in the French capital. Queen B was wearing a Balmain tank top and Balmain check pants accessorized with the brightest, reddest lips, nails and shoes I have ever seen.
