Vintage 70s Feminine Romantic School Girl Dress
Feminine and romantic lightweight navy blue poly dress. Bodice has a white double V collar trimmed with dainty white lace and a floral applique in the middle. Three quarter length puff sleeves taper with one button. Back neck has a loop button and a key hole opening beneath. Slightly full skirt has elastic at the waist and a red cummerbund sash ties it all together. Dress slips overhead, has been gently worn with no flaws to note. Labeled Jerri Jee New York.
