An Interview with Jenny of Good, Bad, and Fab

Jenny is a fashion lawyer by day, fashion blogger by night living, playing and working in the city of LA. Her blog, Good, Bad, and Fab, chronicles her personal style and fashion musings and showcases fun and easy ways to fashionably transition from day to night.

What do you do when you're not blogging? What is your job?

Jenny: I'm a fashion lawyer by day! I work as in-house counsel at an international renowned brand in Los Angeles. I manage the company's intellectual property portfolio, implement anti-counterfeiting strategies, and draft/negotiate licensing, endorsement, marketing and cross-collaboration deals.

Who or what has been your greatest fashion influence?

Jenny: Elsa Shiaparelli. She was an avant garde artist and visionary who designed beautiful clothes that were well ahead of its design time.

What label(s)/store(s) do you favor?

Jenny: 3.1 Phillip Lim, Alexander Wang, Carven, Reed Krakoff, Yigal Azrouel, ASOS, Marc Jacobs, Rag & Bone

What are you currently grooving to?

Jenny: Sia, "Titanium" The lyrics are motivating and the rhythm always gets me on my feet, shaking my booty!

How are you able to stay fashionable without spending a lot of $$? What are your tips and where do you shop?

Jenny: I mix high and low pieces and enjoy shopping at fast fashion stores like H&M and Forever21 as well as vintage shops!

What’s your guilty pleasure?

Jenny: The Real Housewives of Orange County. They're the original and still the best in my book.

If you had a time machine that could take you back in time, what year would you go to and why?

Jenny: June 1, 1926, the year Marilyn Monroe was born!

What's your favorite animal?

Jenny: Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. In other words, dogs!

Jenny: have an abnormally high threshold for pain!

Your most prized possession?

Jenny: My red Gucci pumps as it was the first pair of designer shoes that was purchased with my own money

My favorite moment of the day:

Jenny: Reading emails from my readers! My readers send me such sweet messages and inspire me to be a better fashion blogger!

What's the oldest thing you're wearing today? Is there a story behind it?

Jenny: My vintage Chanel backpack. I got it at a flea market a few months ago and have not parted with it since!
