What do you do when you're not blogging? What is your job?

April: At the moment, I currently work part time at my local supermarket while I search for a full time office job. If I had the money though, I would love to open up my own café.

How did you come up with your blog name?

April: When I first started blogging, I wanted to try and wear the clothes that always got pushed to the back of my wardrobe and forgotten about. It was a bit of wishful thinking though, because it never really happened haha!

Who or what has been your greatest fashion influence?

April: I’d definitely say that other bloggers are my greatest influences. I was so inspired to start a blog after reading Selective Potential and Delighfully Tacky. I just relate to their style so much.

3 fun facts about you:

April: 1. I absolutely love cooking, but I'm the worst baker! 2. I absolutely love animals, especially cats and monkeys but I'm scared of dogs. 3. I absolutely love travelling and would love to travel the world someday.

What are you currently grooving to?

April: Anything in my iTunes playlist. It’s a wide mix of 60’s music to rock and pop at the moment.

What types of items do you like to save $ on and what do you splurge on?

April: I definitely save money on shoes/bags etc. Though I must admit my biggest splurge was on my Minnetonka’s, but they were definitely worth it!

In your opinion, every woman should own:

April: A pair of shoes that go with practically anything. If you know me, I pretty much only ever wear 1-2 pairs of shoes.

What’s your guilty pleasure?

April: Online shopping. It’s just so easy to sit down with a cup of tea and get swept away in the world of shopping haha!

April: Am a very shy person unless I'm with friends, then I don’t stop talking.

What are you reading right now?

April: I'm half way through Insurgent (the follow up to Divergent) which I'm loving!

Best pick-me-up(s):

April: A nice warm cup of sugary milky tea while watching the food channels haha. I never used to like tea till I moved into my own house. Now I can’t stop drinking it.

What are some of your passions and hobbies?

April: I absolutely love photography (even if I'm not so great at it). I just love being able to capture moments and locations in different ways. I love interior design too, and of course style blogging.
