This interview was published on Monday, January 16, 2012.

What do you do when you're not blogging? What is your job?

Jeanee: At my day job I am a greetings graphic designer for Hallmark Cards, Inc. I'm also a Zumba Fitness instructor.

What is your nerdiest hobby?

Jeanee: I like to look at HTML code for my blog.

What is your fantasy splurge?

Jeanee: A luxury trip somewhere. First class, plush hotel, all the best vegetarian eats, spa treatments. Where? At this point anywhere warm and sunny will do.

What inspires you?

Jeanee: I'm inspired by products, prints, color palettes, fashion, type, textiles, music, eats and the list goes on! I can find inspiration on my laptop or running an errand to Trader Joe's. I find inspiration in everywhere I go!

In your opinion, every woman should own:

Jeanee: An apron.

A woman's most beautiful feature is her:

Jeanee: Her smile. That is as long as she doesn't have fish lip injections and /or meth teeth :O

4 things you can't live without:

Jeanee: My iPhone. My makeup. Water. Deodorant.

Three things that are always in my fridge:

Jeanee: Water. Too many exotic sauces that my husband bought. OJ. Extra firm tofu.

People would be surprised to know that I...

Jeanee: I'm blind in my left eye and I lack the facial muscles to turn down the corners of my mouth to frown.

What's your latest obsession?

Jeanee: Nail polish! Loving all of the designs girls are doing on their nails now. Just wish I could keep mine looking freshly painted.

My favorite moment of the day:

Jeanee: Story time with my husband. That's when we sit down an talk about the events of the day. But they usually end up sounding like a TMZ story report!

Last skill I learned:

Jeanee: How to speak and do a presentation in front of a large audience. It's harder than you think!
