How did you come up with your blog name?

Jilly and Sally: Honestly, it was a collaborative effort between the two of us and our Mommy. "Sorelle" means "sisters" in Italian. We are sisters. We believe we are all "sisters in style," and thus, "sorelle in style" was born!

Who or what has been your greatest fashion influence?

Jilly and Sally: Our Grandma and our Mommy have been our greatest fashion influences. Growing up, we were always inspired by their timeless, effortless style (not to mention, their enviable wardrobes!).

Jilly and Sally: Jilly: My old Citizens of Humanity jeans, my watch, and my Lululemon pants (seriously, best gym pants EVER) Sally: My DL 1961 jeans, my Ralph Lauren riding boots, my Chanel bag

Jilly and Sally: Jilly: Maroon 5, Adele, Michael Jackson, Jay-Z Sally: The entire Watch the Throne album, anything Benny Benassi, Kid Cudi

What inspires you?

Jilly and Sally: Jilly: Fellow bloggers, and pretty much the entire J. Crew catalog. Sally: Magazines, blogs, and old family pictures - trends really do come back!

Do you have a favorite fashion era? What did you love about it?

Jilly and Sally: Jilly: Right now, I'm loving the 70s. The pants, the prints, the colors! Sally: I don't really have a favorite era - I prefer timeless looks that transcend any specific period.

Jilly and Sally: Jilly: A good raincoat! One with a hood is a must. They make rainy days bearable! Sally: A practical bag that can be worn day or night!

Jilly and Sally: Jilly: I try to keep everything - seriously, my closet is borderline Hoarders.. Sally: Organized!
