What do you do when you're not blogging? What is your job?

Emily: I am an elementary school french teacher. That currently takes up a lot of my time, but if I had my way I'd be a full time event planner! When I'm not blogging I'm usually planning my next trip, reading a book or organizing my room.

Who or what has been your greatest fashion influence?

Emily: Eek! Is it bad that I don't really have a 'fashion influence'!? I tend to see something I like in a magazine, on someone, in a movie, etc and then go from there. I take bits and pieces from wherever and then make it work for me.

Three things in your closet you cannot live without:

Emily: Big Sunglasses; High Heels; Black Skinny Jeans

Emily: 1) I make some pretty tasty homemade pizza 2) I actually hate having my picture taken 3) I am a total pack-rat

What are you currently grooving to?

Emily: 2010 Fifa Worldcup Album and Sugarland

Biggest style splurge and/or deal:

Emily: I love luggage, my biggest splurges have been leather bags in Italy. My best deal is anytime I score something from one of my sisters!

In your opinion, every woman should own:

Emily: Killer heels and an attitude to match.

One trend you would like to never see again is:

Emily: Overalls. . .

Do you have a fool-proof home beauty remedies?

Emily: If I am traveling I always paint my nails either red or black, that way I can touch up with a sharpie pen and not have to drag a bottle of polish around!

Favorite beauty product of all time? Why?

Emily: Mascara. It is the finishing touch on anyone and can totally change a look.

What bad habits drive you crazy?

Emily: People who do a whole lot of talking but really in the end have said nothing.
