What do you do when you're not blogging? What is your job?

Megan: I'm a stay at home mom and freelance stylist/ fashion designer.

Who or what has been your greatest fashion influence?

Megan: I would have to say Tim Gunn, he's truly inspiring. After that I would go with Carrie Bradshaw/Sarah Jessica Parker, she stepped outside the box and opened a whole new world of fashion.

Who is/are your favorite shoe designer(s)?

Megan: I love Christian Louboutin, YSL & Brian Atwood but my budget is more for Vince Camuto, Steve Madden and Calvin Klein.

What is your fantasy splurge?

Megan: Ohhh, I would have to go with endless pairs of YSL "Tributes"

Three things in your closet you cannot live without:

Megan: My utility jacket from Old Navy, my Vince Camuto 'Momas' (perfect black pump) and my D&G wonder jeans - they've been with me for years and I still love them.

3 fun facts about you:

Megan: I love baking (probably a little too much), I studied Photography and Fashion Design, and I refuse to wear flats, even though I'm 8 months pregnant.

How are you able to stay fashionable without spending a lot of $$? What are your tips and where do you shop?

Megan: I tend to follow the trends and see how long each trend is going to last, say last season fur was huge - I look at the runway for Fall 2011 and see if fur is going to be big again and then snag 'faux fur' items on clearance. I love Old Navy, H&M, Nordstrom Rack, and I like make my own dresses.

What types of items do you like to save $ on and what do you splurge on?

Megan: I save on handbags, I love getting amazing deals on handbags. I would have to say I splurge most on shoes (mainly because I can't exactly make them), I'm a total shoe addict.

What are key pieces from your wardrobe that you find yourself wearing over and over?

Megan: Since I've been pregnant over the last 8 months, I've been wearing a lot of dresses and have found that I wear my H&M leopard one quite a bit in different ways. Also I pair my utility jackets with just about everything, from sequin dresses to jeans. I haven't been able to take off my "Momas Pumps".

How long does it take you to decide on an outfit to post?

Megan: It depends, some days are easier than others, and I wake up and know exactly what I want to wear (or fall asleep the night before planning it). And some days I'll stand infront of my closet for an hour or so racking my brain and throwing clothes around...
