First of all, you can manage all your selling experience through Seller Central. After you log in, the Seller Central link is displayed on the Seller Info block of your profile page as well as on your store front page just below the banner on the left. While on Seller Central, look for the Customize Store icon:
Click on the icon or the link below to get to the Customize Store Front page, where you can upload a store banner or create a welcome message. The following links will take you to these pages directly: |

When I go onto that link, it says: You can upload a banner image for display on the top of your store page. The banner has a fixed size of 740 x 70 pixels. If your image is larger, we will guide you to crop and resize it to the right size. You can use a JPEG, GIF, or PNG image. But there is no spot to do it. The store anouncement below that has a place to write an announcement. However, there is no spot to upload anything in the store banner spot. I went to the store page to see if this might be where I can upload it (since it said: "You can upload a banner image for display on the top of your store page.) No such luck. Any ideas? Stacey |

Did you see the page like the image below? There is line that says: Upload or replace the banner image from disk or Web. Click on "disk" to upload the image from your PC, or Web to enter the URL of the image if it is hosted online. To enter the store message, mouse over the grey area (with the "click to edit ..." text) and it will turn yellow. Then click to show the text entry box.

No, that part about uploading from a disk or the web was not there. What does that mean? |

I was able to figure it out, it had something to do with the fact I was using Linux and not Windows. Thank you for your time. |

Sorry, we don't support Linux yet, only Windows or Mac. I guess you will have to to join the dark side :-). |
