Hey gang,

A gal just purchased one of my items a couple of days ago however as of yet, no payment has posted from her via paypal.

I won't be sending the item until I receive the payment but just wanted to ask you if any of you have experienced this before and what proceedures did you take?  Thanks

Go to the order summary page and void the transaction.  After that, the item will become available in the marketplace again.

There are a number of reasons why the payment didn't come through.  The buyer could have changed her mind in the last minute, or the page/connection was closed on the PayPal side before the transaction was complete.

Feel free to ping the buyer if she is still interested in the item.  If the buyer says no or you don't get a response, just go ahead and void the transaction so someone else can buy your item!

This happens alot. I do as admin suggests - contact the buyer to see if you can answer any questions about the item. I wait 24 hours before doing so, and if I do not hear back after an additional 24 hours, I void the sale.
