So, I just read on cheapchicas.com that Scallop hem shorts will be a big trend this spring and summer. I'm not sure I like they much.. What do you all think?

This picture here is a dressier and more flowy material, which makes the bottom look like a skirt even though they are shorts. I would like to see this design on a more sturctured material to see if I really like it.
