Am I the only one who thinks that they're unimpressive? Let me know your thoughts!

I agree. Unimpressive, but I like the eco-friendly direction they're heading towards.

Yes to eco-friendly and no to these designs. Why can't they make eco-friendly and stylish outfits at the same time?

I think they’re trying to cut down on costs because using eco friendly means to make clothes already costs a lot, so the designers they hire are not the ones who make really nice designs. Just a theory, but I may be wrong!

Yes, we can't be sure but if they make it eco friendly with to die for designs, fashionistas won't mind paying a little more extra, I think?;)

Zara is obviously going for basics for their organic line. It's nothing to WOW about but I think it's a good first step. I mean, if they want their customers to try their organic line, using the materials on their basics is the best way to get more people to try it out.

Yes, that’s right, fashion forward people will possible want eco friendly clothes that also look stylish. But maybe Zara is trying to convert buyers who haven’t actually jumped on the eco band wagon? So their first step is to offer basics first, just as Irislogic said. :)

I saw their new line and yes they do have a few basic clothes that claim to be environment friendly. They didn’t stand out and they weren’t real fashion pieces but I think it all depends on how you dress. I’m a fan of layering and even plain clothes become nice when layered well…
