Honestly, I don't really know who Nicki Minaj is but if her goal is to get people's attention through her clothes, then she's succeeded.

Is she trying to be Lady Gaga and be all out-there with her cltohes just for attention? Or is this "really who she is"?

This is what she wore to Lil Wayne's Welcome Home party in Miami last Nov. 7:

If she were a cosplayer, the idea of wearing something pink with her green hair would have been okay. But she’s obviously out in the real world and not wearing a costume to look like an anime character. Me no likey… :(

That is way too weird for me, sorry… I don’t get the head to toe pink outfit and the green hair. If she spent money to look like that, then it would be a pity…
