Hi! Sorry to hear you had a problem. Did you receive tracking information from the seller? If so, were you able to track the package, or was it not in the system? If the package shows delivered, you should file a claim with the postal service. If not, you should contact Smashion support so they can mediate (they are not responsible for sales so will not be able to refund any monies but they will definitely try to help). The seller should have provided tracking information as proof of shipment. My experience with Smashion vouchsafes that most sellers are honest and will do the right thing for the buyer so please do not give up on us because of one bad experience!
