Those are bits of a real rabbit attached to this sweater.

Would you consider this wearable? If you wouldn't buy it, would you wear it if someone gave it to you?

No, I agree - that's gross and just sad.  Designers can think of nothing better than to kill little animals to attach to frumpy sweaters?

Sorry, I forgot to say that this sweater is from the first eveer Opening Ceremony Resort 2011 collection. It's not entirely bad but I also can't help but judge the entire collection based on that one grotesque sweater.

You know, even if it were fake fur, it would still be ugly. The strips of fur were not placed strategically to give the sweater a nice accent; they just hang there uselessly. Design wise, it just isn’t pretty. But yes, the rest of the collection does look great.

You know, if you look closely at the collection, they’re not as nice as you think. They only look nice because the model looks good and she carries the clothes well. But look at the fit, the fabric. The pants in the first picture looks unflattering. The sweater in the last picture would make a lot of people look fat, and so on.

LOL I know what you mean janejinx. Opening Ceremony clothes do look a bit out there but they're top stuff when you see them up close. I'm a big fan of their shoes - high, chunky and just so weirdly proportioned.

Dakota Fanning wore a pair to her high school graduation and has been spotted wearing them ever since!

If everyone has a nice model built, they would rock these! But those shoes that Dakota was wearing really are chic, and I might have a look at their other shoes :)

Wow, I'd love to have these sandals. They look comfy even if they are high. (On a lighter side, I like Dakota. Hopefully she stays good. You know kids in the showbusiness tend to be wild when they grow up.)
