I came across these bags called Yadu. From what I understand, these bags are made from fabric and old clothes bought from thrift shops, then sewn together by various designers. They look very sturdy, and what's more, all bags are uniquely designed so it's guaranteed you won't have a duplicate any where!

I love how hobo-ish they look but still so very stylish. I wonder if they ship internationally?

I think that is a great idea, none of these looks however seem to be my style...they are all so dark! I wonder if they have ones with brighter colors for spring, or maybe more patterns interwoven!

Not a big fan... the recycling concept is great but ultimately, it's the style and design that's going to sell your wares. These bags don't really have that and well, they're nothing new. Sorry, just my $0.02.

They look nice. I'm not much into super fashionable bags and stuff. For me, functionality and practicality rates higher. I guess that's why I'm not much a fan of handbags. I prefer messenger bags and backpacks that leave my hands free. I suppose that's also one of the reasons why I get mistaken for a college student haha.

I like the sling bag, even though it looks like something my mom would make for me on a weekend.

I wouldn’t exactly call them stylish. They’re the kind of bag that may make you look like you made the bag yourself. And patchwork is much harder to work with than just one fabric, so the bags tend to be more expensive than if they were made of just one fabric, right?

This is a great idea but not really my style. I'm glad they have their own "waste" collection like Lanvin for H&M, eventhough its not nearly as stylish.

They are lovely! But not my choice for fashionable bags though. Frown

Whenever I need fashionable bags and accesories, I ask my friend who is based in the Philippines to purchase them for me and ship it. The bags are not exactly made out of recycled materials but definitely eco-friendly.

I would love to own an eco-friendly bag. Most of my bags are canvass, leather and leatherette in material. I might as well get a straw bag. Hey, that's perfect for the summer and the beach too! Even Kate Moss carried one!!

Though am not an eco-conscious person. I recently came acorss this bag at Cash PAwn. Found it really attractive. The pawn broker said it was made of some organic and recycled fabrics.
